Overall we have had a wonderful experience with Petflow. The products that we have ordered have come through exactly as expected and pretty much on time. The only complaint I have was one time they were out of one of the foods that we ordered (it was a manufacturing problem which is not something Petflow can control, I understand that!). Instead of notifying us of the problem before the shipment date, they held the whole order - even the product that was available. When I noticed my order had not shipped yet I called them and only then was I told that one of the foods was on back order. I requested that the other food be shipped ASAP and it was. The other food took about a week or two longer - but again, I do realize they have no control over problems at the manufacturer. I requested that they notify customers as early as possible when they are out of a product - for us it was a difficulty as that particular food is not readily available in our area and we have to have that food due to our dogs food allergies, and, that they ship what they can if it is available. That is the only problem we have had; otherwise everything arrives on time, well packaged and great quality. I would definitely recommend Petflow to a friend, just watch the shipping.

Petflow has the largest selection of both dog and cat foods. I was very happy with how reasonable the cost of my brand is. Also even with the cost of shipping, it still averaged out to what It would cost if I drove to the store and back! was very happy in how fast my order arrived! I plan on using petfow for all my dogs food purchases!

the sorting of items could be done much better. I would love a dog and cat section (etc etc) with more sub-categories so that I could just "walk through the different aisles" when I'm not sure what I want. Adding and removing items from your scheduled shipments is not very user friendly.

Fast service, any problems they make it right. $20 is a more realistic price point for the spoiled rotten box

We just got our first order from PetFlow and it arrived very quickly. I'm satisfied with the service and will continue to receive orders at least for now. A couple of suggestions for improving the service: 1) better packaging - we ordered dry food as well as 12 cans of wet food for our dogs and for some reason the cans broke open the dry food bag in neat round circles so there was some dry dog food pieces in the bottom of the box before we opened it. I won't be ordering wet and dry dog food together again. 2) a way to vary the selections I receive each month (i.e. beef flavor this month, chicken next month, salmon the month after that OR order treats some months and different or no treats the next month.) without having to login each month to make the changes to the order I want. Overall, its a great idea for a service and a convenient option for getting the quality dog foods that I want to order for my dogs. Thanks!

We love the toys and treats but forget about the ears, teeth and shampoo!

only downfall, one package came broken

Love this site, but the light I bought doesn't work so well, it actually works if I take the back of it off, which is weird. And as long as my boy doesn't shake his head, the light stays attached to his collar.
