Petflow is a huge help considering I'm disabled and it's difficult for me to get to the store to feed my six cats and the feral cats I help. Their prices aren't that competitive in comparison to the grocery store, though, and they have an issue if they can't process a payment method. Instead of just simply notifying me that it didn't go through, they notify me daily until I re-enter in my information, then if it's close to my next delivery, instead of dropping my last delivery, they'll send two shipments at once and double charge my card. I can't use up two shipments at once before the following shipment, so then I end up with an over abundance of cat food and litter unless I go through the painful process of rescheduling my flow. It used to be they'd drop the shipment if it's close to my next one, but they don't do that anymore, apparently.

Still haven't decided how well this is going to work

We have been using this service for about year now. Overall, services is great. Delivery of items is prompt. customer service people are friendly and helpful. We encountered a problem with our last shipment. We received an email stating the food we use is out of stock and would ship as soon as possible. So, we are waiting, waiting, and next thing you know, another email, our next shipment will be going out soon. I call and speak with representative . I explain we only have enough food left for 1 or 2 days. She replied she will get the food shipped out asap. The food did ship the next day. It did not arrive at our door until 6 days later at 7pm. Needless to say, we were unable to locate the food at a store close to our home, so we had to improvise for 6 days. Thank goodness our girlies are not too picky. This has been the only problem encountered thus far, and hopefully the last.

I've been using PetFlow for almost 2 years. The have good prices and a great selection. Planning deliveries is easy and I get my orders on time. I wish they had a frequent buyer program like PetCo...buy 10 get the 11th free.

I was able to find exactly the item I wanted at a great price from netflow, but shipping speed did not meet what have come to be my expectations in today's world. It was a few days before my order was even ready for shipment, which delayed my receipt of it by three whole days. Good thing I wasn't counting on receiving it by a particular time.

We are on the petflow.com auto-ship program for the specialty cat canned food we purchase. The auto-ship program is great, as it provides flexibility and email reminders. Petflow has the best prices on the Evo cat canned food we buy, so it's a great bonus to have it show up at my door with no effort of my own, now that I have it on auto-ship. Their shipping has always been timely, quick, even. We have had no issues whatsoever. There are nice coupons here and there through emails and online to sweeten the deal. I recommend checking Petflow out for their prices, selection and service.

Four bags of Litter Pearls micro-crystals were purchased at a phenomenal price, a big savings over Amazon! I've used this litter for several years and it outperforms all the others However, one of 4 bags had a cut or tear at the bottom and about 1/3 of the litter was lost when I removed the bag from the box to my porch. I salvaged what I could but quite a bit was soiled from being on the ground. This was disappointing but I will continue to have my regular order shipped. I've told a number of friends with pets about petflow.com and hope they will find it as great as I have! Thank you.
