I love pet flow Tobee gets a goodie box once a month I swear her knows it for him Perferably though i wish they would put better toys in the box though. other wise its GREAT

I just ordered some lights that flash & hook on collar. Overall they were good I ordered 6 all worked but one. To much trouble to return one! Overall I was happy with them.

The boxes are great! My dogs loves their treats and toys... wish the boxes are filled according to how many dogs u have... they fight over the one toy!!! They love the treats!

This is a pretty good way to get your pet food, delivered to your door. In the case of a cat that needs the urinary diet, one has to order and then go pick up at the vets, and they don't necessarily always have enough of it! This way you know you will never run out... As for packaging, the delivery trucks are brutal and I see PetFlow has added another liner in the box to prevent cans from denting and popping open, which had been a problem in the past.

Living in Minnesota greatly effects delivery in the winter. The canned food was frozen sitting on my steps when delivered. And some of the cans were dented. I might have to rethink using the Petflow service although not the company's fault. Just might not be workable where I live in winter.

I have enjoyed really fast shipping. I did get a few badly dented cans on my last shipment and not sure how to handle that. Will not feed those to my cats.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes I will put things in my cart and then place the order, but when the order comes some of the things I put in my cart did not arrive with the order and there is never an explanation as to why they did not send it. I am never charged for the missing items, but I find it annoying that I did not recieve what I ordered without an explanation. Overall I am very happy with PetFlow.com.
