Got my first order wrong. Took 10% off my next order and apology was accepted

I purchased a 5#bag of canidae to try. my lab will not eat it .iItryed mixing it with his other food.HEe still like the crappy beniful.

When I saw your store endorsed by a popular pet radio show host with a certain percentage off if I used the discount code I choose to use PetFlow. After going through the process of placing the order online I found out that the discount code was only good for the first of reoccuring, automatic orders. The pet show host didn't say that. Couldn't commit to reoccuring orders not knowing if my cat would even like the food. After getting that far in the purchase process I purchased it from Petflow anyway even though I could have gotten it for less elsewhere. My cat has CRF and the products were Weruva Cats in the Kitchen Fowl Ball and Funk in the Trunk. I'm satisfied with the cat food, and so is Buffy. The telephone staff was very nice, and the delivery was spot on. I'll try to watch for special deals or work on their price a little before ordering from them again.

The package arrived in good time but it could have been packaged a bit better. It was in a bubble-wrap envelope and inside the outer carton was a bit crushed but luckily the bottle and the solution in it were unharmed. It just seems like for a liquid product it should be shipped in a box not an envelope.

ordering was easy and the rates were good. What made me unhappy was how the package arrived. I opened the box and the cases of canned food were in the box upsidown. the plastic around the case of canned cat food was shreadded, so the cans all fell out. Since i keep some cans in the cupboard and some in the pantry closet in the case they come in, this was a big negative for me. I might give them another try, but if this is how they ship their goods I'll go back to the other place i ordered from.

I love the variety of items that come in the box - so many different things! The only issue I have with it - I have a large breed dog so some of the stuff wasn't suitable for him. It would be great if we had place where we could say if we have a small or large dog so we could get more appropriate items. Luckily, we have some small doggie friends that don't mind us sharing!!
