Petflow had just what I wanted and had it atban extremely competitive price. Placed myorder and in two days it was at my door. Goodbye to shopping at Target!

No problems ordering a tee shirt from this site. Promptly shipped. One minor hitch: I ordered this item to be delivered to a third party as a gift, but once I placed the order, all emails from petflow came to me addressed to that third party person. Maybe add a "gift" check box somewhere so the site knows that the buyer and recipient are different people? Anyway, aside from that, a very satisfying transaction.

I got my Bully Sticks a few days ago, in a padded envelope. The treats were in a separate, heavy duty, plastic bag. I noted that the Bully Sticks came from Brazil. Brazil? I admit, I may have missed something in the product description; but I do not know what quality standards are like in Brazil--although I have little reason to distrust PetFlow. More information on the origins of various treats and PetFlow products would be helpful. Again, I may have missed the detail on product origination. If so, excuse me for my oversight.

I like the standing order program PetFlow offers BUT would like editing my orders from month to month to be easier. I find the current setup for adding and deleting products from my standing order very un-user-friendly. I would like to be able to make changes to a specific order # without it affecting the other orders. I would prefer being able to click an edit button, add products, subtract products and then save when I'm done. As I've found on other sites, it seems like whoever designed the process hasn't actually tested it out. I challenge you to place a standing monthly order and then add or delete a few items. I found that I would have to edit my order, wait for the next order to be shipped, and then make changes to the entire remaining orders. There are many items I would only want to order once. Hope this isn't too confusing. Millie Reddig

I would have given 5 stars; however, the product we ordered was suspose to squeak but the squeaker was missing.

Everything good with the online service and product selection, prices are just slightly higher than most other places.

The service and website were great as was the shipping. The bully sticks were very small when they arrived. I was expecting something close in size to what I buy here but what I received was about the size of a pencil, slightly larger. Overall I would buy from them again but be aware that you get what you pay for. If it's cheap it's not going to measure up.
