Petflow offers quite an assortment of pet care items, including specialty foods and treats that are harder to find outside of big cities, so I definitely give it five stars for the variety. The company also offers free shipping when you spend $49 or more, which is more then reasonable, and free or not, your order is delivered very quickly- I'm talking 2-3 business days. However, you can get the same products for less, with similar shipment speed and cost.

I'm very satisfied with the product I ordered. The problem I had being a first time user was I got an e-mail that said my order was almost complete. It made me wonder if I forgot a step. I called. Was told everything was fine, but would I like to add this or that. All this e-mail was to get me to buy more product. Waste of my time.

I thought that pet flow was a great place to get what I need for my dogs and I was happy with the fast delivery right to my front door. The delivery was free with a certain amount spent so i added dog treats to my order to bring my order to $50.00. I had a $10.00 off coupon and they deducted my coupon and charged me for shipping it was not that much but it is the point. so I am unsure if I will order again.

My dogs where very excited to received their very first box from Petflow. Both my service dog, a standard poodle and our pet a bichon frise love, love, loves the "mobility" glucosamine treats as well as the " Chicken & Sweet Potato Bars" However, neither enjoy the "Lamb &Brown Rice" bars. The gecko toy is great but more toys would be great.

Put the battery's in, turned it on. It turns off on its own. No problems, works great. I'm happy, the dogs happy.

The only reson pet glow did not get 5 stars is becouse the box only comes with one toy. I wish there was another choice for 2 dog households. I would pay more to get two toys.

I got my first delivery of the monthly spoiled rotten dog offer and my fury child is very happy. All natural treats, a new toy to destroy. She loved it. Can't wait to see what is in box #2!

We received our first box! The treats are excellent quality and plenty of choices. There was a large toy in there and other items that we can use. My puppy was very excited and somehow knew it was for him! I wish there would be a small and large Toy as we have a small dog, bit we will pass the toy to our friend. I think the value of the box is very well worth it and look forward to our next!
