My only complaint is the shipping...my order came in a huge box filled with 'bubble' material when it could have been shipped in a padded envelope.

I ordered two thirty pound bags of dog food. They arrived promptly and were of reasonable cost. The only thing preventing the 5th star is that the website seemed to be a little glitchy when I was placing my order. I clicked on the item I wanted and added it to my cart, and when I reviewed my order I realised I had ended up ordering 15 pound bags, so I had to go back and cancel/reorder the right size. It was just kind of strange that it would reset me to the the smaller size when I clicked on the link to the larger one. Otherwise, great service and product!

I appreciate the monthly mailing program of the dog food. It makes it so convenient. I don't have to have anyone carry the food to the car and from the car to the house now.

Got our first spoiled rotten dog box and it was a little bit disappointing. The value was great but there were 3 different bags of treats, which is a lot considering. The toy was a huge hit! She carries him around everywhere. I guess I was hoping for more toys rather than treats. But over all a good deal.

Really fast delivery, good product

I decided i should try an anti allergy food for my big dog that gets yeast infections in his paw. I ordered a bag of Blue Basics and some kitty litter. It was supposed to arrive Wednesday and it did not-i checked the fedex site on Friday and it said it was delivered on Wednesday. Called Fedex and they gave me an incident number and told me to call the vendor. i did and your very nice person offered to send me another shipment for free. Well the original package was delivered sometime Friday night. I called Petflow on Monday and told them and said i would pay for the second shipment being the honest person that i am. However r the second paid for shipment arrived with only the kitty litter so i called petflow and they sent another bag of dog food.. And then a day later i got another bag of dod food. SO i have paid for two and received three. Don't want to call again as i dont want to get yet another shipment.. And my dog's paw is worse after a week of eating the food so really don't want to pay for a third package as this food is not the answer.

Ordered a t-shirt and bully sticks, and called customer service to find out how the sizes on the t-shirt ran. Phone was picked up right away, and the rep was very courteous and told me that the shirts ran true to size, with relaxed fit. I was also assured that I could return any item if I had any problems. In a nutshell, great site!

I just placed my first order with Petflow. I felt that the list of products is a little unorginzed. I tried to sort by name brand for dogs only but could not figure out how to get everything without including cat food. Aside from that one annoying thing, I love the ease of purchasing on-line. Most importantly, I was able to save a couple of dollars AND qualified for free delivery. Once I figure out my delivery needs, Pet flow even offers automatic delivery whenever you choose! The worst part of going to Petsmart or Petco is lugging around large bags of dog food and heavy bags of canned food. By using Petflow it was delivered to my front door and was cheaper than shopping at the store. Thanks Petflow!
