PetFlow.com has a pretty good selection of items. I was a little frustrated by the limited options for sorting search results or category options, such as in "Specials," there was no way to select only cat items or only dog items, which made it a little frustrating to use. I ran into a few problems at checkout, which lead me to call customer service. The representative I spoke with was very nice and corrected the problem quickly. I was very impressed with how quickly my order arrived.

They have a huge selection, and the prices are standard pet store costs. It works if you don't want to lug all your pet supply stuff in the car and up to your house.

Great prices, but took a whole for products to be shipped.

I found out about PetFlow through a deal they made with Living Social. I was very disappointed with the huge bone I bought! It was gross! Broke into pieces and flakes when I was taking it out of the wrapper. I gave my dog one of the big parts that broke off, But I threw the rest away. I will never buy a bone like that again from you. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!

I have not bought much from this site, I know the first things , were the ears I think. and this was chew rawhide with some sort off balls for them to eat, neither one if them, were liked by either dog, but yes, I am trying another kind, they are on order, wanted to try again, as many friends have order from them!!

I am happy with your prompt service and the price for the cat food I purchased. However, I do find your daily emails to me rather annoying. I will continue to buy cat food from you, but would appreciate it if you would dial back on trying to sell me everything else. I am only ever going to buy cat food. Thank you.

I enjoyed ordering from PetFlow but I think shipping should be faster .

Pet Flow had a lot of brands,but there price's were about the same.Just wish that you could use Bill Me Later with them.They did have fast service tho.
