Speedy and accurate delivery but I wish I would have gotten "fresher" food. I stocked up on my cats' food since I can't get it at any stores around here and didn't want to run the risk of running out. I ordered a 5lb bag to mix with another brand I had on hand and a 15lb bag. I got the delivery at the beginning of April. The 5lb bag expires on June 10th, 2013 and the 15lb bag expires July 30th, 2013. I work in the pet industry so I know the food is still good a bit after the expiration date. Still, especially considering how much money I spend on the high quality food and how much I care about my pets health, I would have preferred to have a batch that didn't have a fast approaching expiration date.

I loved my surprise Spoiled Rotten gift box and the items in it. It was so much fun opening the box and the goodies were very yummy. I can't wait for my next surprise box to come. Woof Woof

I liked the idea of pet food delivery and used a Living Social voucher as enticement to try PetFlow. Because I ordered both regular and veterinary diet, my order was split and in so-doing the Living Social voucher was removed. A quick call to customer service remedied the situation, but they were not open weekends. I learned from customer service that the veterinary diets ship directly from the manufacturer and I received tracking info for that order via email and it arrived a day ahead of the regular food. I never received a shipping notification on the regular food, but could get shipping info by signing on to my PetFlow account. Without the voucher prices were the same as I pay at my vet and local store, but I do save my self a trip to the vet which is not all that convenient for me.

The store has great prices, great selection and fast shipping. I can't see what else anyone would want. Oh yeah, my dogs loved everything I got them.

I've been using this product for two weeks and my dog is loving each and every kibble! My German Shepherd gets excited when she sees me with her food tray, something she didn't use to do when I was using Beneful. The food looks fresh every time I feed Bella and she just seems to love it. I have no regrets having changed to this wonderful product! :)

I was very happy with the ease of shopping at Petflow.com. I received the items promptly, and they were as described. My dog really enjoyed the treats. However, the toys were destroyed within minutes, and my pet is not typically able to destroy toys so quickly. There were some obvious quality issues with some of the toys (for example, accents on the toys described as being tough or invincible were made of extremely flimsy felt that was poorly attached even right out of the box) . This is a problem with the item manufacturer , not the website, but I will probably avoid buying toys online in the future so I can better assess the quality before buying.

The process was very fast and it's a lot cheaper than what I would have pay at the pet store. I have 2 big dogs and they always like something to chew on and I spent a lot of money on their bones and treats and this site help me..

I had checked out petflow previously and never bought due to the prices. The Living Social deal did make it a great deal. The delivery was quick and painless, but unless the prices come down I will continue to drive the mile to the pet store to buy the dog food.
