Happy I made the switch! I recently switch from a competitor to PetFlow for all my daily pet needs. I made this switch because their prices were simply better (lower) than the leading competitor for same or similar products. Delivery service is as good, if not better, that my previous vendor. No products have arrived damaged, which is great! I have subsequently found that their customer service is exceptional! A situation arose that caused me to contact customer service, the issue was resolved immediately, painlessly and was actually a pretty pleasant experience.
