Got what I ordered and some trial size packages of food. That was nice. I just expected it to be delivered a bit faster.

Wasn't totally comfortable giving Bentley (my Australian Shepard) rawhide bones. Saw these advertised on Giant George's FB page and didn't think GG would post it if it wasn't a good product. Anyway, Bentley loves them and it keeps him busy for a while. Would have been a little happier seeing "U.S.A." on the wrapper instead of "Brazil". It's a good product at a great price. Bentley gives the Bully Sticks a "paws up"!

My vet recommended your site as there was a great deal on some small dog limited ingredient dog treats! Shipping cost was very reasonable and my dogs loved the treats! Great deal at only $0.99 a bag! Only negative is that the website can be confusing and could potentially trick people into auto shipments if not careful.

Easy ordering, good shipping rates but the Bison Bully Sticks that I ordered must have been taken from 3 month old bison calfs because they were smaller than any beef bully sticks that I have ever bought from other sources. Need to be more descriptive in regards to products.

I called PetFlow with a question about a product. I quickly got ahold of a customer service rep, who was able to accurately answer my question. It sounded like he had received the same question a few times about an abivalent product description, which made me question why PetFlow hasn't fixed that, yet. My order arrived quickly, but the packaging was a bit crude. Effective, but crude. My order didn't fit into the box they had, so they put another box on top of it, upside down, and taped the 2 boxes together. This tells me that PetFlow is a newer site, with growth opportunity. I am very satisfied with the products and the customer service. Would definitely use them again!

I give them a 4 star cause everything was great but they were a few $$ more on some of there stuff. I asked if they would match another online price and they said No. They were great with shipping, customer survice , nice discounts on something's. Nice people to talk to...!

I got a coupon to use this site so it was a good deal in that sense. However, with shipping and inflated prices (my dog's food was $40 instead of the in-store usual of $32) it would be pricey to use a lot. I get that it would be convenient, though, for people with very little time or elderly.
