I would recommend the service to a friend who could afford the cost. The cats were curious about all items and loved the box as well.

I think you should have boxes geared for breed size. I like the box but a few items i would never buy for my dog. He is a pug. The toy was way too big and was meant for a larger dog.

I received my Spoiled Rotten box a few days ago. My French Bulldog, Frankie, was so excited because he knew it was for him. The treats were fabulous, however the toy was far too big and hard for him. So sad about that! Frankie is 23 lbs. so in my profile I selected medium size dog (20-50 lbs). I would say the toy would have been appropriate for a dog 40 lbs. plus.

We loved our first box--the treats were a big hit, and the bags were big enough that we can use them for weeks. There were some cool products that I didn't even know existed, like the anxiety pills! Plus, we've been looking for a good tartar control spray and this one is great :) On the downside, the toy was much too big for our little Min Pin. It's too heavy for him to carry, and when I tried bouncing it, it bounced up and hit him in the face so now he's terrified of it. Still, we love our Spoiled Rotten Box and will definitely be looking forward to next month!

No problems Somewhat difficult website

i tried petflow because of an offer from living social. They carry all the brands I buy for my dog. The items i ordered arrived as expected. I took a one star deduction because the "Stella and Chewy's" i ordered was more dust than patty, but that happens sometimes in shipping

I ordered wrong size & have no instructions for exchange.

I normally buy dog food online from one of the big chain stores, but found a Groupon and tried it out. The prices were about the same without the Groupon, but Petflow offered a greater variety of flavors of the Blue Wilderness canned dog food. My pooch is spoiled and gets bored with the same tastes, so it worked out well for him! Ordering was easy and shipping was fast and well packaged.
