East to find my product and shipping was really fast! Arrived in perfect condition. Seems prices are a little higher than I usually pay which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Helpful for what I needed with my dog, he has separation anxiety and there happened to be calming pills in the box! Would be nice to have handout in box of the plan and howuch it is every month to get boxes, etc cause I just tried this once through online coupon. Thx:)

I would like a variety pack. My cat likes PetFlow food, but will not eat the same thing two times in a row.

The box was a complete surprise. The dogs really enjoyed the treats and the toy.

I liked the LED collar a lot. My gray cat can now be seen in the dark. He can hide in bright daylight shadows, not any more!! I can't figure out how to put the harness on him though. Makes no sense to me.

I am unable to purchase my dog's food locally, so I love the concept of PetFlow since I always find myself running low on dog food and keeping my fingers crossed it will arrive in time once I realize I need to order it. The only downside to PetFlow is that they don't carry my brand, but I'm keeping an eye on them to see if they ever do add it to their lineup. I did purchase a large quantity of treats from them and the prices, quite literally, could not be beat, so I'm hopeful that, if they do add our food, the price will be close enough to the best on the web that the added value of convenience will tip them over the edge.
