This is a good site for pet items. They have cute toys and a large variety of food,treats and pretty much whatever your "best friend" could need or want.

Product was shipped immediately, despite the site offering an option to delay the shipment, which I had selected. That was OK, as I had only delayed one week anyway. The package arrived OK, but the packaging job was inferior to the better reinforced and neater packaging of wag.com for large bags of dog food. This package looked like one that I might tape up when packing up a house, rather than looking like a professional had taped it up. A small thing, I know, but it left a bad impression on me.

petflow.com has a good variety of products, including Nature's Variety Instinct food and cattystacks, both of which which my cats love. The site is easy to navigate and the company shipped my order very quickly. My only suggestion would be to stop popping up windows that ask if the customer wants repeat delivery. I understand the value to the company of having regular business, but one pop up window per site visit is quite enough. 4 or more are annoying.

I would have given 5 stars but was missing a small item in my shipment. It was a dollar item so it was no big deal but I believe it was due to the box being partially torn and I'm sure that it was the delivery folks and not PetFlow.com. Other than that it was perfect.

Petflow delivered my cat food right on time. No damage to the bag or the product.

I loved the amount of products and selection that they held, but sometimes I found the prices to be more if not equal to that I would find at my local pet store. You really have to look at every single product to get a good deal.

I would highly recommend PetFlow to my dog-owner friends. The only disappointment for me was the Best Before dates (07/26/13) and (07/23/13 ) on the large,14 oz bags of Nutrisca Beef and Chicken Dinner Bites, I have a small, 10 lb. Shih Tzu and, even though she loves the food, it's a lot to consume in the 2 1/2-3 months left before the expiration dates. Previously, I purchased small 5 oz. bags at the local Whole Foods with Best Before dates of 7/19/2014.
