Certainly has everything needed to get 5 stars but I couldn't give that to them this time. The dog food I ordered wasn't available when I ordered it and there wasn't an indication of when it would be in stock. It did arrive a couple of days later and the delay wasn't a problem but the out of stock coupled with the several efforts to set up a regular dog food delivery kept this experience from being 5 stars. Everything after the order was shipped is "recommend to anyone" quality. Our dogs are fed different food on a rotating basis and I'm not sure is the scheduled delivery allows for a customized rotation. Besides we like to support our local businesses whenever pricing and availability permit.

I used this website to have a 15 lb bag of catfood delivered to my apartment. Having it shipped to my door beats lugging it home on the subway. I feel like the prices are higher than I pay in my brick and mortar store. Also, I now get almost daily emails from this company. I wouldn't mind so much except the emails are for cats and dogs, so I don't even take time to read them. If I thought they might be relevant to me I might actually read them. One last point, I live in an apartment without a doorman. I was nervous that fedex wouldn't leave the package and I would have to go somewhere to pick it up. I usually have packages delivered to my work address to avoid this inconvenience, but lugging it home would have defeated the purpose of having it delivered. On the date of delivery, I arrived home to the package sitting in my doorway (Yay!) but I'm still not 100% confident that it would always work this way.

But you need to allow for a gift card to be put in with the order. I sent this as a corporate gift to my client for her pet and there was no way to indicate who sent the box... I have recommended your website to my colleagues so please update this option online.

Just got a good deal 6 fish Origen dry dog food. However, after ordering the first time thereafter the deal is not likely to be the same. Dog food companies need to be consistent, not good once and thereafter not the same price. Let us see about this Company. If they follow through the same deal the second time, this Company gets 5 stars. Otherwise, I will find someone else to offer a one time good deal.

Nice selection of quality foods & treats, shipped fast and arrived on time. Customer service helped me with an error on my order and it was fixed right away. Highly recommend for online pet shopping needs!

I purchased two of the led collar lights for my puppies - both dark (black and brown) so I could see them at night! they are bright and work perfectly!

Only minir issue I had was the speed of the shipping...it was slower than I had expected.

Read other reviews that state they recieved expired food and received a tracking number that showed it was delivered 1.5 years earlier. i was a bit nervious about order but it showed up quickly (6 days) and the expiration had 8 months left. I have not gotten to the second order yet as far a how accurate the scheduling is.
