Petflow is excellent and delivery is excellent

I have ordered Bully sticks from many companies, but these have such a STRONG odor. I have double bagged them, and they still smell through the plastic. Otherwise - Awesome. The Bully sticks state: Imported from India - maybe something in the shipping???

Everything was smoothly, website, ordering, price of shipping of course was free because I purchased over the amount needed for free shipping.. But I think you guys should consider 2 day shipping.. I can order from a competitor site the same priced product and get two day shipping.. But everything else considering I have no other complaints.

See above. When I looked at Blue Buffalo dog food it was 10% more then PetCo

I like the convenience of the internet for cheaper pet supplies. I don't have to drive and search for what I want.

I really like that everything I received looks the same as it did online, the only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because it did take it a while to get here. I think it was just over 2 weeks. But all in all I was happy and I will be shopping with them again :)

Got my first kitty spoiled rotten box. It was full of GREAT swag and Mr. Meow loved everything. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the SRB tends to be a bit high for a monthly subscription box. Especially if you have a dog and cat.

I was thrilled to find that my dog's kibble is close to HALF (on PetFlow) of what I pay normally for it. My only complaint is that when I wanted to purchase the food I was given the chance to use 2 different coupons. Neither one worked, at the time, but I didn't realize it until the order had already been submitted. The online cart didn't give me the chance to double check what I was being charged, and I definitely didn't like that, and would like to see that changed. HOWEVER, when I emailed customer service about the problem (on a Sunday!) I was contacted very quickly and given the credit for one of the coupons. The food was shipped the next day and I had it in a couple of days. Overall I'm pleased with the service I got from PetFlow and recommend this company!
