Always, LeAnne M Pruitt 1603 Quail Run Muskogee, OK 74403-8456 Credit card had to be replaced and account was tied up due to some "fraudulent activity" that was noticed. I apologize for this problem I just got my new card and will give the number over once it has been cleared and account is reactivated! Thanks for your patience in this matter!

I approached PetFlow as a last resort - there was no local availability of a specific brand/flavor of cat food that I needed (Blue Basics turkey/potato cans). Nothing else would do, and all the stores were out of stock, as were several other websites. Stumbling upon Petflow, I placed an order, and to my delight received the shipment two days later! I will say I was a bit put off by the hard sell to make a standing order. It's a nice idea for those who want/need it, but just give me the option, don't keep pestering me about it. That said, your service was a great help, and my sensitive kitties now have plenty of food. If the local stores will not stock my product, I will definitely order from you again.

My dog Molly loved her bully sticks!

I was very happy with purchase and pricing, but delivery took too long. My friend in same area, received her order within 2 days.

I purchased the Pet Corrector Stops Barking - Glad I purchased two of them because it certainly did NOT last for 50 uses! Otherwise very pleased with the product.

Box was great and fun. Price is reasonable for what is received. Only problem is that you are supposed to be able to change products in the box, I am unable to do so.

The quality of the items are excellent but I do not like the automatic shipping schedule. It should be an option.

I used Petflow.com for the first time, because a Groupon for $15 off was offered. The website was easy to navigate and the food arrived quickly. I would reccommend Petflow, if you can't find the quality food you want near you or are willing to pay a little more for the conscience of it being delivered. I do have a local store that carries the same dog food brand I ordered. Their price is $10 less per bag than Petflow.com. So I will be supporting the local guy, unless more coupons are offered or Petflow lowers their prices.
