I love pet flow and I love their prices. I only wish the website was designed a little differently so you could search by specific things (e.g. organic dry dog food, retractable leashes, etc.)

I like this company. They have good customer service and they do a lot of community work (see their contributions to the pet shelters after the OK tornado). However, the prices are not better than the other online retailers, and are a bit more expensive than the big box stores. Most of the time, it's worth it to have the giant bags of dog food delivered and I would support this business b/c of their charitable work. I will say that the box that came was in tattered pieces but the bags of food were fine.

It would be more fun if the package was addressed to the pet. They included something that I have never needed and probably never will, so that was a little disappointing. I will keep it in case I know some other pet with stomach problems. I don't think specific problems, should be included. waste of money on your part. If whoever orders these type of packages, wants anything specific, I would think they would go online and order it. Otherwise, it was okay. Hope to be more pleased next month

as a mama to 2 young healthy spunky doxies, I am constantly looking for healthy treats to train and reward my babies. Having the auto shipment makes it perfect that I never run out of these treats., I love the prices, everything is lower than I can buy at even Walmart! convenient, prompt and quality!!! what more could you ask for!!!???

NEED MORE BLUE BUFFLOW TO CONTUNE ORDRING THIS BOX , I HAVE A 8 WK OLD MINI AUSSIE AND A 5 LB SHIZU.....

Tried once for the convenience of shipping dog food right to our door & they were quick to ship. Didn't order the repeat shipping of the food since we were trying a new one out. Would prefer to use UPS shipping (I get UPS regularly & don't need a 2nd truck delivering) but there wasn't an option to choose them.

pretty much they wanted to eat the treats and not really play with any of the toys. I am sure they will eat the can of food but pretty much only got 3 things my cats will use that total about 10$ in a box I paid 20 for. The toys were great but the kitties aren't interested, choosing to play with milk rings and old beat up ribbons instead. All in all it was a great deal but only for someone whose cats are into bulky toys(most of the toys are big size wise and intimidate my 14lb cats).

Automated red dot moves all over the place. Sometimes moves too fast to keep the cats attention. A few more settings would be nice. Cats enjoy it, and keeps their attention for the most part, but they walk away after awhile.
