We carry nearly 150 brands of the finest dog and cat food, treats and more, and ship them directly to your doorstep on a convenient Auto-Ship delivery schedule.Based in Pennsylvania with teams and facilities on both coasts, our talented staff are dedicated to providing our customers with the best service possible. Set it and forget it
I love that I get a reminder about my Auto order in time to change it each time. THe new website seems to have worked out its growing pains and allows me to seamlessly change or remove my order as needed. This is one of the best online delivery service I have interacted with.

Was getting low on dog food as I was expecting a delivery. Checked account, to find my 12 week timeline was several days past. Requested a delivery and arrived next day. Thanks for responding but please keep track of interval for shipping! PS... to be fair, first time this has happened after several years!

Prompt and reliable
I have used Petflow's Auto-Ship for my dog's food for almost two years. The product is excellent and shipping is reliable. I especially appreciate the ease with which I can adjust shipping dates, especially when I suddenly need more food sooner than expected. Great job, Petflow!

You guys are great
You guys are great. I count on your deliveries and you do not disappoint. However the recent online switch in the last few months when you changed your interface/online experience ....it is not nearly as user friendly.
