One of the items I ordered didn't work when I received it, but overall the company is decent to work with.

Everything came in one shipment and fast too. Now my dog and I play games with the box of great goodies! She has loved everything.

The pet bowls for dogs who eat too fast were much smaller than I had anticipated. It would have been very nice to get a full description of the products and more choices as far as size goes. The little gunnysack bag full of goodies was great, the only thing I would suggest is maybe have one for more than one dog. I try to give both dogs the same amount/thing when I give them their food or snacks.

I love PetFlow's prices and shipping convenience. However, I feel like such a heel looking up product descriptions on other websites, because PetFlow's are so scanty. It's inconvenient and time-consuming, too. I wish PetFlow would list ingresients, analysis (protein, fat, etc.) and other facts for foods, as well as sizes, etc. for everything. It's like they assume we know all about the product, when actually, we don't! I know the low prices don't allow for lots of copy editors writing all this stuff, but why not just include a photo of the bag/box that shows what I'm talking about?

I have had good customer Svc and rec'd what I paid for. The only problem I have found is that double lines of "credit" are too easily established. Sometimes I cannot find my acct for Petflow. I recently had to start over and I fear I may have two ordering threads, as I just rec'd a dbl order, so instead of 43.00 on my bank statement, it was 86.00. It is hard to keep track of where my acct keeps going and keep an eye on one ordering thread, instead of multiple. Well, at least I don't need to order for a while, right?

I shopped because the prices on most items are incredible! This was my first order and I was super pleased with the quality of the items and so were my dogs! The only item that was of concern for me was that I had no idea when my items shipped.,it would've been nice to have been notified. It took a while, and any notification would've given the experience 5 stars vs. 4 stars.

I think the website is a mess when it comes to paying for my product as I have not had much success in not wanting to set up a regular shipping schedule. I like to buy my dog chow as my dogs need it, not as some company "forces" me to. When I click "single delivery" (or whatever it is I need to click) I end up emailing them as to when it's going to be shipped because I don't receive notice that it has been shipped, only that my order has been sent to the warehouse to be filled and shipped. I end up worrying that I'm going to have to go to (omg!) Wal Mart and pick up something to tide them over. What a pain!!!

I loved the selection, prices, rapid order turn around, and free shipping especially on litter. I will definitely use them again. The only issue I have is with their packaging. My order was shipped in light weight boxes that got wet when left on my front porch in the rain and promptly fell apart. Fortunately nothing inside was damaged but it was a mess.
