The only hiccup is that the site is a little difficult to navigate. Other than that, it's a really nice service.

found PetBlow.com on an ad in yahoo mail and went to check them out . They had the bowls for the food monsters dogs to help them slow down.. and got some other goodies for them. They loved the treats and nylabones go without saying. Thanks.. have another order in cart need to find time to check out :)

This was my 3rd order with Petflow, the first two had their "bugs", but it really seemed to me that they took my concerns to heart, and made things "right"...which made me want to try one more time to see if things would be donecorrectly;... and happily they did this 3rd order nicely done......fast, neat, very good prices, and it makes it easier for me, and makes my "girls" Hydrox (greyhound) and Sterling (snoodle) happy, which makes their Mom happy too. I am now using Petflow more than other sites that have impecable customer service, but higher prices, because Petflow is trying to improve. Saving money allows me to get the best quality U.S. products for my girls more often. Hydrox and Sterling say "tail wags--thank you Petflow."

Good, fast service. It was exactly like they stated.

I switched to PetFlow from another pet food delivery service because of the great value, prices, and deals that they offer. My dog is on a pet food that is quite pricey, so for me, every dollar saved matters. The price for my dog's food is almost $5 cheaper through PetFlow. In addition to the price being lower regularly, I'm constantly getting coupons and discount codes that allow me to save even more money. Other pet food delivery sites I've use have offered coupons but they're always for specific brands or have some restrictions... not the case with PetFlow. That combined with having a 30 pound bag of food (and any other treats or supplies that are needed) delivered right to my door make it hard to beat. My only complaint is that shipping is not as quick as with some other delivery sites - you do need to make sure you plan ahead when ordering, especially if you place your order on a Friday/ weekend. I have on more than 1 occasion run out of dog food before my dog food delivery arrived, whereas with other sites, I place my order, it ships the same day, and I receive it the next day. So if you're in a bind and really running low on food, PetFlow would not be my recommended option.

Takes way too long to deliver:(

I ordered from PetFlow because they had a large variety of pet supplies and good prices. However, there were 11 days between the time I placed my order and the time I received it. And, although I received an e-mail letting me know my order had shipped, there was no tracking information. On the plus side, they were very efficient at reimbursing my account when an item I ordered was out of stock. I will probably use PetFlow again because in all other aspects I like them. I just won't expect a quick delivery.
