The last shipment was timely, but the order before was very slow getting to my house, my dog ran out of food before it got here. Had to buy food at the local pet store. They said they were out stock for awhile.

I love the fact that there is a bigger selection of products on Petflow compared to other stores. I get more excited than my cats when the Spoiled Rotten packages hit my door. The only complaint that I have is that I wish that there were more coupons on everyday orders. I don't want a food subscription since my cats tend to have change of hearts on flavors. I also got a little upset that after I purchased my Spoiled Rotten box that I received a coupon for my first package. It was a little too late by then.

The quality and speed of getting your order is great. They have great pricing. My only problem is that after I placed my last order an email was sent for a promotional code, I quickly sent an email and ask that my order was eligible for this code. No response and no discount!

Super sale prices, was lucky to catch an item we like- the service on the phone was excellent and shipping prices were acceptable, but it was a bit slower than I expected (maybe because of the holiday weekend and the East/West Coast thing)

The little dog bones blink red, and I can see my dogs even in the woods doing their business....I would buy again. The only thing I could say against petflow, is it took over a week to get here, Make the shipping faster and I would give you a 5

I just think it costs too much for a spoiled rotten box for what you get. A toy and a bag of treats, with two small samples for $25.00. Luckily I had a coupon, so that's why I gave it 4. Because for $17 it's not as bad.

Petflow is a very good site to compare foods and accessories for all your pets. Reasonably priced and the convenience of quick order turnaround plus the delivery to your door is awesome. My only complaint with the shipments is the quality of the boxes that the shipments are packaged in, as most of them are dirty and damaged by the time they are delivered. This could possibly be a delivery carrier problem.
