Good value. Some bully sticks are really small

This was the first time I ordered from PetFlow.com and the website was very easy to use. The prices were great and I loved the free shipping. I would have given 5 stars however the bag of dog food had a tear on the side so the food spilled all over the box. I will definitely be using this site again.

You were quick to ship my order and I appreciate that. I ordered a bag of dry dog food and some canned food. When I opened the box the dry food was everywhere. It had been packed on top of the cans and the cans had broke the bag. No big deal but would recommend in the future putting a barrier in between. Thanks.

Very fast delivery and good service.That's the good..The bad,the box item came in was destroyed.

Petflow provides the best price to obtain some special food our cats need. Support has also been helpful in getting info from our vet. The only annoyance is the persistent/obnoxious questioning of my intent to place single orders rather than subscribe.

I got the bully sticks and tried ordering more today but petflow was so slow I quit. I got the 2 pet bowls too and they are both in good use. And I appreciate the can of cat food that was sent as a trial later.

I started using PetFlow.com to order my dog's speciality food (grain free, sweet potato free) and quickly began scheduling it to ensure I never ran out. The options on PetFlow.com are great and the prices are very reasonable. It's easy to change or cancel an order which I appreciate as my dogs are pretty picky. Once I was double billed for an order; it was fixed quickly and without much trouble by their customer service team. My only qualm is that PetFlow has sales and discount codes all the time that they email to their customers (which is awesome). The not-so-awesome part is that I have to go into their website, cancel my order and generate a new order to get the savings. I wish they'd just apply the savings to their customers with recurring orders. If they'd do that, they'd be PERFECT!

Although I love the prices I got on sale dog treats, I got my 29lb Eukanuba Excel at local Petsmart for $39.99. Also my dogs love Old Mother Hubbard Bitz Assorted Flavors Dog Treats. PetFlow sells them in 8oz bag for $4.99. I get them in a 20lb box from wag.com for $51.49. PetFlow prices are good, but they can be beat with just a little extra online shopping.
