My little rescue doggy Chewy is a Havanese, and very picky about what he eats, and he loved all the things I got from PetFlow.com. I would have given 5 stars, but the few treats I ordered were packaged in a very oversized box, that I feel could have been smaller, and possibly less shipping and handling paid. Just a note for a heads up that might be able to save your company some money. Keep up the good work! Beverly Malland and Chewy

I am quite pleased with the selection and shipping times of everything that I have ordered from Pet flow. I had one standing order and I needed to change it to double the cat food and remove the dog food that week. The site kept spitting me out and not letting me make changes so I cancelled the whole thing and just did the order manually. Until there is a user friendly way of changing standing orders I will make all of my purchases manually

Really like the shampoo and ear wash. The price are good

I ordered 30 bully sticks which were shipped loose in a yellow padded envelope. It looked like the bag had ripped at some point during shipping and the USPS taped up the huge rip in the envelope with packing tape. I would suggest when shipping loose items such as this in more secure packaging. Otherwise, the bully sticks arrived quickly and my dog loves them.

Nice I can just have the food at my door when I need it and have auto ship if I want

Petflow was supposed to give me a $10 credit for auto reorder, but they took the credit off. I in turn will cancel the auto shipment. I was disappointed in the litter boxes because they said "Large" -- they were in fact, ordinary sized litterboxes.
