PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Petflow is the best way to care for you pet on line. As a disabled person it's hard to get around or find rides to a pet store. Petflow makes it easy to find all your needs to care for pet without leaving home. they have every thing you could ever need for your loved one and the prices are lower than most pet stores in there and the quailty of there produts is great. and it all delivered right to your door. You really need to give petflow a try, you'll be glad you did.

Overall I am very satisfied with PetFlow.com. They ship the orders promptly with competitive prices. I am now being advised via e-mail when my order has shipped, not after I've received it. I purchase mainly prescription cat food. PetFlow seems to verify the prescription EVERY TIME with the veterinarian, which seems overkill. It's CAT FOOD, not a Schedule 1 narcotic! I do like the products being delivered to my door because the closest place to get them is 20+ miles away. PetFlow is very convenient!

I have only had one incident that I was very unhappy with. They had Nutrisca dog food on special to try on a weekend when nobody is working. I placed my order and since it was just under $14, it would not go through. All customers should have received a message letting us know that orders under $15 would not be accepted. Nothing at the bottom of my page popped up to tell me this information. Thus, since they only had 280 bags, I lost out. I wanted to try this product as a friend recommended it, however my dog is very picky and I do not want to purchase a large bag. I was sent a $5 coupon but, I wasn't overtly happy as I did want the dog food. Otherwise I have been happy with the service and items I have received and Help and Support are knowledgeable and friendly to work with and I appreciate that. Respectfully, Cheryl

I ordered Bully Sticks, 10 actually. Price very reasonable, however it makes me sick to have this huge box come in with 10 9 inch sticks in them loosely. They can't even put them in a plastic bag. I have complained several times. This was my last, because I'll be ordering elsewhere.

My cat is on a special diet, and Petflow offers a great price on his food. We always receive it very fast. My only gripe is that I wish they saved your vet's info when ordering. Sometimes I forget the full name of my vet's office, and I never know the zip code so I end up wading through a bunch of other local vets until I find mine.

I order a lot of toys and treats for my dogs here. They have a huge selection and variety and they have no problem comping or replacing an item if there is an issue with it. I also used to autoship food and that always arrived without a hitch!

The website often freezes and your options to edit you cart are cumbersome. That being said, the quality of the products and thier prices are quite impressive.

Whenever I order pet products the order is fine but when I order clothes etc., the order has been wrong. The last T shirt I ordered came two sizes too big and I cannot wear it. I would like to exchange it because it is wonderful product. [email protected]
