So glad I found PetFlow...they stock items I've not seen on other sites, and their pricing is competitive. My order shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. My only (minor) issue was the size of a dog-treat jar (Bone Appetit)...the catalog picture makes it appear much larger than it actually turned out to be. I would give them a 4.5 star rating, had that been an option.

Although the initial process is a little confusing once I got onto the site it was a great in a nd out shopping experience.

Your prices and service are great but the shipping time is a bit long to Spokane , WA area

The only reason for four stars and not five is that half the time the 30lb. Boxes are beat up and retaped by the shipper. They use good reinforced tape, just takes more of a beating than expected. Never had the food bag punctured or a real problem so realize they are one star from perfect.

My first shipment of bones came with the packaging open and bugs inside. Extremely upset, I sent an email and within 48 hours a new shipment was sent to me free of charge. The second shipment was in perfect condition. Since the customer service was great and the second shipment wasn't contaminated, I will definitely give pet flow another shot

All of my petflow orders have either come with mistakes or unexpected results. However, customer service has always been quick to respond and in a personal yet professional way. The website could really be improved by making buyers more aware of the size of the product they are purchasing. I though I was getting a regular dog sized kong but I got something more suitable for a minpin which of course my dog would choke on. I also got a slow feeder bowl except it wasnt a bowl but an insert for a bowl (again way too small) and make out of flimsy rubber that my dog would just swallow and choke on. Its hard to beat the prices on food and treats or the quality available on petflow which is why I'll keep coming back. Plus I love not having to carry dog food up 2 flights of stairs!

I purchased to 2 T- shirts and a LED light up dog halter .Heavy cotton fabric.Tho I sent them back to reorder because the sizes run bigger than your local store. But very nice shirts.Nothing wrong with the halter.I took a chance on a size small for my tiny Yorkie. It was waaayyyy too big.You need to also focus on the petite dogs.I wanted a halter that lit up not a collar.
