I agree the buffalo sticks smell horrible. If only they would send them in a smell prof package

Received my order in normal time frame (Pet Alert) . Shipping was kind of high tho!

I find, in general, that PetFlow is a very good site to purchase products for my dog, Belle. I would like to see PetFlow offer frequent purchaser a "bonus" of free shipping occasionally. I would also like to see more toys for large dogs that can not be easily destroyed. Dog Tuff and Planet Dog offers many toys that would be great for larger dogs. I order once or twice a month for Belle. I find that the shipping is very quick. So, all in all, I would rate PetFlow as very good.

I can't beat the price for my cat's food; difficult to find his choices in stores. Service and shipping time is also great--can't beat that either. Convenient;. However, I do feel bad that my purchases on-line to not support my community in the form of taxes, jobs, etc. as it would purchasing in local stores.
