Horrible I canceled my ongoing deliveries and went am now using Chewy

6 day delivery unacceptable

Have ordered prescription diet cat food twice. Both time it shows “available”, both times it’s backordered. Been waiting over two weeks for second order. While the actual delay may be behind PetFlows control, updating their web site more often might alleviate some of the issue. I can get this food from my vet for not much more and it’s there when I need it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm a first time buyer and previously bought from chewy. So far, I have to say chewy delivers much faster. My order shipped on the ninth and still haven't received product. It's now the 17th. Disappointed

I placed a order it took three weeks it was never processed. I was being held up by the pharmacy and they indicated my vet never responded. I called my Vet three times and they said never received a request for the order. I placed a order via Chewy it was handled and shipped in one day with delivery at my door within three days of my order request. Your order department is lacking responsiveness.

Your sight you had an item I was looking for. I paid for the product, and I waited to receive it. I called and I was told ..it’s sold out!! And My question to them was ..why wasn’t I called about it this. All the I received was a sorry..sorry?. I sent them over $100.00. Just upset I didn’t get what I really needed..new t very professional. My opinion Anthony P Gapastione

Took 2 weeks to receive dog food order. Way too long. They must have used FedEx bicycle service.
