The dogs really liked all the treats and toys in the box, although found out it was September's box, not Octobers. Contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly, apologized, and said they were sending the replacement box (Octobers) at no cost. Very happy with the customer service! The dogs loved the cheese please treats and the larry the cable guy ones. They also loved the squeeker toy!

I ordered XL and L for various pet costumes. Both of these sizes only fit Beagle sized breed dogs. XL in my estimation means, fitting XL dogs such as German Shepherds, Akita and Rottweiller.....not the case. Overall, PetFlow is spot on with their descriptions. A little note that the manufacturer of the costumes, over estimate the size chart qualification, would be really helpful.

PetFlow has a large selection of pet foods, treats and toys available. I have only purchased 2 or 3 orders of dog food and they were delivered promptly. My one reservation with giving 5 stars is that on one order the bag of food was damaged. When I called to alert them of the problem, the representative assured me that a replacement bag would be sent. After a week without a delivery, I had to send an email to try to resolve the lack of delivery of a replacement. It took several emails, some from me and some from them to get the food shipped. Other than that glitch they have done a good job of getting my orders shipped and without damage. I have received emails asking me to join them in donating food for emergency situations such as hurricanes or floods to assist in caring for the affected animals in the region. PetFlow is filling a need that is not usually addressed by the media. Kudos to them for their civic mindedness toward the animals. I would recommend that you give them a chance to make your pet happy.

Service and selection are good but the business model seems to depend on auto reorders because it is pushed every time I visit the site. My cat is not as regimented as that. Cats are finicky. I just order when I need an order. Also auto order controls when it arrives. You can delay an auto order but the paradigm just isn't convenient.

Great selection of products, I wish sometimes I could purchase smaller sizes. IE the 15lb bag of food will be 'stale' before 1 cat finishes.

We have been taking care of our 4 legged kid's for four years now and take pride in feeding them all Natural and gluten free products. We have noticed a price increase in these products over the last few years and for some people, like our selves who are on fixed incomes it becomes difficult at times to keep up. We are grateful for PetFlow for there discounted prices and it has made it much easier for us to feed our little one's in the healthy manner they deserve. The only thing is, I wish there wasn't a $15.00 minimum.

I just purchased from Petflow for the first time. My order was accurate and delivered quickly, within a few days. I had some problems with the website freezing up but was able to finally get the order to go through. Prices were good. I was satisfied and will purchase from them again.

I have a 10 month old golden, and he eats really fast. I bought the bowl to slow him down, and it works. The only thing is that the bowl is too lite, and he pushes it around the kitchen, then took it outside and chewed on it. At one point he jumped on the bed with the bowl in his mouth in the middle of the night!!! I would love to see a heavier bowl and an owner who remembers to pull the bowl up after he eats!!!!
