OK - as for product, price, shipping - 5 stars, fabulous - my pups and I look forward to it. However...I have never had more trouble with a website and do not know why. It takes me hours soemtimes to add one thing to my cart - I can't imagine the shopping I would do if it were easier!!! I have been trying to set up an auto ship on food (7$ cheaper than at my local Petco for Solid Gold food!!!) since Monday - I have been unsuccessful to date!! I use Google Chrome as my default but have tried with Internet Explorer as well as Firefox and no servers perform better than the others! THe time and frustration is starting to make me re-evaluate so I hope it gets better soon!

Great site, easy to navigate, good selection, on-time shipping, great customer service, just wish they had more specials and discounts and sometimes cans get damaged in shipping.

Great prices decent treats most are made in USA . Shipping is usually within a week sometimes longer.

I have 5 dogs. I order most of my food online from another company. Their prices are overall better. However, PetFlow did offer 1 cent treats and that is awesome. But for my day to day pet needs they are more expensive.

I am comfortable dealing with PetFlow; I wish their chosen delivery company could get with the program. They toss the packages onto the porch breaking them open and this last delivery they left the box on the sidewalk blocking my getting to the drive with my wheelchair. I had to try to find someone to move it so that I could get to the drive; unfortunately I could not and had to cancel my appointment. I will have to think real hard on whether the great product and service out way the lacking on delivery.

I was happy with m,y 1st order of 40 bully sticks and other items. Second order were different bully sticks. Packaged without secure packaging, identifying description and product information-- except for a barcode. I expected the same quality and the same product I received from the first time around. Now I do not know what to expect. The prices are good but the quality control is questionable.

I received a HK outfit that had 4 black ink spots on it when it arrived. I notified Customer Service and they got back to me immediately and handled it promptly and were very helpful. I will purchase from this company again for sure.

I've used petflow for about a year and am happy with the service. But you get what you pay for, and I wasn't thrilled with the scratchers, but they were the cheapies... I just didn't know scratchers could be bad. However the other products are very good.
