Excellent site, I'd give 5 stars if you guys sent out samples like other sites do :) Otherwise I love your prices and speed in which the order is delivered

I have a 2 year old Rottweiler that loves her monthly package. She loves her toys she gets but they are usually destroyed within an hour or two of getting them. I wish the packages were a little more specialized depending on the size or breed of your pet.

I have fibromyalgia and lifting bags of pet food has become difficult for me multiple times In and out of the store and car. Petflow has made that much easier coming directly to the house, on time each month, one less thing for me to worry about. I also get Spoiled Rotten and my Australian Shepherd and Norfolk Terrier recognize the box and get very excited. Its also an excellence sampling of what works for their personalities and diet. I have had a very good experience working with Petflow and highly recommend them!

I live in a small town with limited shopping. My dogs are dogs, but they, like children, depend on their people to provide food, shelter, and additional care when needed. I trust Petflow. When there is a rare problem, they are quick to find a resolution. Their inventory is vast and customer support is always available for questions. Discounts are given for scheduled deliveries, but the client is alway advised when a scheduled order is upcoming in case changes need to be made. Petflow carries high quality inventory. Their customer care is superb. I once has a problem with one of my dogs refusing a can of food I had recently bought 12 of. In 3 years, my dogs had never had a problem with that label. Without hesitation, the Petflow representative credited my account with the amount paid for the dozen cans I would not be feeding my Austrailian shepherds. I provided the lot numbers of the cans and and offerred to return them. They just arranged a way for me to receive credit for the cans I would not be using. I did not have to return the cans to the company. I have only one minor complaint but have not expressed this to them as yet. Many times, I receive very large and heavy packages from Petflow. Thus far, though some tape has broken, there have been no damaged goods. I would appreciate very much if a package is heavy - six dozen cans of food, or a 25 -lb bag, etc. , that a second piece of strapping tape be strategically placed!!! I believe it makes a better impression on a customer when the package arrives intact! That being done, I would give this company 5 star without hesitation!

We have been ordering from Petflow for over a year now and can not say how pleased we are. From the wonderful assortment of food and treats to the customer service individuals my needs are met in a professional and efficient manner. Prices are fair and similar to below to what I would pay in my pet store. Free shipping or low cost make it even more appealing.

After posting the review below, I received a personal phone call from Customer Service and they were happy to rectify the problem. I'm so glad I can keep shopping there! Pet Flow has great prices, but I won't be shopping there anymore. I recently received an order with an incorrect item. I know I ordered the correct one, but the customer service representative didn't seem to believe me because he did not offer to rectify the problem by sending me the correct item. He was very nice, but only offered me a coupon, which doesn't make up for it AND would require me to spend more money on the site. Not doing that...

The web site is great. Lots of products to choose from. I had the chance to look over the web site and found some products that were new to me. A great opportunity to try something new. My order arrived quickly. No problems, will shop again.
