I have ordered from you a lot over the past year ,. Last order was 2 bags of cat food, 18 lbs each, and both bags came in same box, which was ok, but the box was falling apart and all the tape coming off - very poorly taped box & lucky the product arrived still in the box. a friend has had same problem with her orders coming badly taped. You guys need to fix this issue . Otherwise your service is great

Petflow has an excellent selection of healthy food for my dog. I'd like offers to be less restrictive based on cost, i.e. lower thresholds on orders to get free shipping. I'd also like to see hemp rope bones in the store because that's my dog's favorite. The site's design is also really attractive, however its performance is compromised and slow sometimes. Otherwise, the food and discounts are terrific, and I appreciate it very much. Thank you.

I received my petflow spoiled rotten cat box and I was very excited. Upon opening the box, one of the packets of gravy that was sent has spilled over everything. So that was no fun. Other than that everything was fine. The cats enjoyed most of the toys, but prefer the box over it all. I would say the value wasn't that great of a deal with this box but there's always next time! I may try another company just to see how it compares, but it was an overall plesant experience.

They seem like a good company. This was my first order and everything arrived as described. Shipping was free because I spent enough $$, so that was nice. The only thing I marked them down 1 star for was delivery (and this may not be their fault). My items were marked as on the Fedex truck for delivery on Saturday but there was a note on Fedex.com saying not to deliver until the next business day. So my 2-3 day shipping turned into 5 day shipping. If I had known they would not deliver on Saturday I might have reconsidered purchasing.

I found this website, looking frantically, trying to find a place other than Petco that had all the pet supplies i needed. AND something that was more affordable than Petco. Other website's I've found, that I will not name, I feel overcharge & their only deals are always for the 1st timers, 1st buy. Then you never see a deal again! Petflow has great products for a great price! They e-mail their deals which is great, so you never miss out. AND their products have always come on time & exactly as ordered. Without Petflow, my dog would have no great treats to chew on & enjoy. THANKS PETFLOW! =)

I have the highest praise for PatFlow's products and rapid and friendly service. My only complaint was that I had great difficulty placing my orders on the website, which ended up being extremely time-consuming.
