My most recent order was delayed by eight days because someone in warehouse ( so customer service said ) screwed up .Now being the business is in my state and less than two hours from I would expect the package to be delivered in two days three at the most.It never showed up so I called .Their prices range from good to several dollars over their competitor's. Just shop around and you will figure it out My second major issue is if they DONT have a product in stock at their NJ warehouse it haves to come from Las Vegas which even delays it further. They should have a system telling you this so you DONT run empty. On a positive side the free shipping is nice.

Excellent products and fair prices but website is slow and complicated. Adjusting quantities up or down is painfully slow as it seems to recalculate after each single adjustment. I wanted to increase dog chews from 8 to 20 and it had to recalculate after each single increase - probably took 5 minutes for that simple quantity correction.

The shipping was extremely fast, the prices are excellent would definitely order again.

I would recommend to any one with dogs. The sale specials alone are worth it..

My dog did not like the dental chews, wouldn't even try one so I guess the smell did not attract him.

Too many emails! Even with three dogs I'm not going to order twice a day.
