The shipment arrived slower than some but may have been due to the high demand and outreach of their customers in this relief effort...otherwise would have given 5 stars. I have had good experiences both times I have ordered from PetFlow.com, orders come quickly and my dogs have loved everything so far.

I've referred PetFlow to many friends because I know they will find everything they need at a good price. I gave a colleague one of the Spoiled Rotten boxes I received as a gift for her dog and she's been hooked ever since! It was a perfect way to spark her interest.

My orders arrive within 2 days of my order. Prices are always good, except on the canned cat food that I use, so I buy it somewhere else. Also, a lot of the dog food cans, that I get cases of, have been majorly dented. The can has stayed intact somehow, so the food inside has been fine, but the outside is very damaged. I don't understand how that happens when the case is wrapped and properly packaged. Other than that I am very happy with the service.

PetFlow provides great service and excellent delivery. My dogs food is always package nicely and the bags are never busted open.

Prices are AWESOME! My dog loves his treats that I got for him. I only wish I didn't have to order $17 worth of product because that was more then I really needed....
