Overall, I'm pleased with PetFlow. I buy the Sojo's 8-pound bags of turkey and beef and prices at other merchants are similarly low on the first order only. PetFlow does away with these gimmicks and seems to offer a consistently low price on subsequent orders. Sojos also time stamps the date these bags were produced and I was pleased to see date stamps in October 2013 for an order placed in December 2013. The only problem I have is that I was told that if I called early enough and requested it, the bags would be shipped that day. I did as such. However, the bags did not ship until the next day. It would be far better to under-promise and over-deliver.

The products on this site are as good as it gets and have a wide range of diversity. Customer Service is excellent if you have questions. They also are VERY tuned into to any product recalls and don't use any products from China. The only warning/negative is that the shipping times can widely vary---be prepared for that--some things will arrive in 3-4 days and some seem to take a week or more---don't depend on your pet getting fed if you don't give alot of lead time.

my 2 five year old cats really like the talking fish cat toy, and they are picky, but it's so small they lose it. this is the 3rd time it's been hidden under something. I know it would cost more if it and I had a 'clicker' to hear it - any such toy? a fake fishing line attached would help. their bigger catnip toys get lost only in not so many low places. I will try to add a line - if I order talking cow, will do the same. all the easier to find, I hope. or, how about a 3" 'talking whatever?.

Ordered bags of dog food...they were placed in cardboard boxes that couldn't handle the weight. I could tell boxes had busted open and been re taped by ups. One bag was open and food was loose in box. I didn't weigh bags, but some food was lost.

Pet Flow has the best variety of Tiki Cat that I've found, with great prices and free shipping. I haven't had any problems with shipping at all. The problem is with their web site, which is extremely confusing. If I want to change something, it takes about an hour. A shipment is called a "program". I finally figured out that I had to delete a program to have another program mailed. If I had not, both programs would have been mailed. Some hint bubbles or instructions would be nice. BTW, I've worked as a webmaster and have had years of computer experience. I do most of my shopping online.

I love the prices but the delay in time/date of order to date filled and shipped is up to 48hrs adding 2 or more days to the delivery time. Delivery is really slow. Everything else is great.

I feed and house three amazing dogs. One husky, one Llasa and one Pit Bull. All of whom have different dietary needs. I spend a lot of money on food and treats and also purchase food and treats for my dads two cats. I love how easy it is to shop with you but I have to say that I do wish there were bigger discounts or coupons for those of us who feed multiple dogs and also for those of us that house military pets for men and women who are deployed.

Watch for the American Flag, meaning it is made and packaged in America. Don't buy anything from China. To dangerous if an item is from China in my opinion. Petflow.com is the first place i check for items and prices. They are also the place I come back to and order in many cases.
