There were so many good prices but you didn't carry the dog food that we use. I just saw the info that you are now partnering with Instinct so I'm hopeful it will now be available to order on your sure rather than driving 20 minutes to petco

I ordered dry and wet food, snacks, and toys for my cat during Cyber Monday. I needed the dry and wet food soon, and since their website promises fast, free shipping on orders over $49, I expected my things to be shipped within a couple of days. I kept checking back though, and my order was not shipped, and after about 3 days, it said one of the items was backordered. I emailed customer service about this and asked to cancel my order because I needed some of the stuff asap, and within 24 hours, I got a response that my order had been shipped out, and the backordered item was not charged. While I'm glad that they shipped it out so fast, I wish they had run it by me first if it was okay to ship the order without the backordered item, because the backordered item (wet food) was one of the things I really needed. Other than that though, their customer service is great, my cat loves the snacks and toys, and I will definitely order from them in the future.

My dogs love all the crew sticks! The only problem last time I ordered was that the shipping cost as much as the order. I saw free shipping, so I doubled up on my order. Woo Hoo!! Merry Christmas for my puppies.

I ordered 2 things for my dog and it took 2 weeks to get here. I want this company to be quicker on the items I buy. Otherwise, the products I received are fantastic! I will order again and hopefully it won't take 2 weeks to get here.

The website takes a while to load, specifically when looking at the sales. Could use some updating. But, i can make purchases, prices are fair and i have a ton of options for grain-free dog food.
