I liked the loss leaders to prompt me to order and I don't expect to get something for nothing, but then the website tried to trick me into more and into scheduled orders as well as more forced marketing before I could leave site. It was a bit too much and I felt it was deceptive. Otherwise, I liked products and appreciate specials or closeouts, but do not overdo the tricks and marketing.

The only negative thing I can say about petflow is that I get way TOO MANY emails from them. Multiple emails per day! One per week would cover it.

I ordered on petflow, and got amazing value and a ton of add-ons that are great stocking stuffers for family members with dogs. But I had 2 minor concerns. First, the front page of their website totally throws me. I can never tell whats going on there, and its not the easiest jump-off location. And second, they shipped everything, including 55+ pounds of dry dog food in a single box. That box was pretty difficult to pick up once it arrived. Since I didn't pay for shipping, I'm not sure I should complain about the 2nd piece, but the first piece is always disconcerting. But, keep in mind, I got an amazing deal on dog food, the shipping was free, they threw in a number of treats for $.01 each, and I am in the end a very happy customer.

Petflow.com has great prices -- several dollars cheaper for the cat litter that I bought than any other site. Love the free shipping, too. I got my order of 2 huge bags of litter in 2 days! It was so nice not having to lug it all home from the pet store. Plus, I saved money. The only downside is that it looks like the litter company changed their product and I don't love it as much, but that's not Petflow's doing. I will definitely shop here again!

I got a friend's cat a bundle package (canned food, treats, kitty litter) for Christmas this year. Everything arrived as described. The only things I would complain about although everything turned out ok is that 1) They don't have a button next to the orders to dispute or comment on problems with the order and 2) FedEx delivered one of my 2-part order to the street across the house (NOT PETFLOW.com's FAULT), even though both parts had the same and correct address :-/

Everytime I notice that we are low on dog food, I just jump on the website and 1min later the food is ordered! Theres always coupons and the delivery is very quick and dependable!
