Very satisfied with the chew-ies that are purchased from this company for my pet.

I plan to have auto-delivery of my dog food as soon as I know my pet's schedule. This vendor offers everything pets need or want and can be trusted to deliver on time.

Come on guys - I was a first time buyer. The purchase process was very easy and I have no complaints. However, after purchasing, I just felt that the frequency of "buy this from us! buy that from us!" emails were just a little too much. Yes there were options for me to opt out of these emails, but in the future not sending these emails should be the DEFAULT, and if people wish, they can take steps to "opt in". Other than that, thanks for a great product which was shipped very quickly and in great condition.

been using pet flow for several months now.. never had any problems.. had one box that came in pretty beat up that's not pet flow's fault..the only thing I would like to see is the shipping times to quicker.. you place an order and sometimes it ships the next day and sometimes it takes a few days for it to ship out.. been ordering orijen dog food and I really like the stuff the dogs seem to like it also.. alittle pricey but well worth it..

My favorite item is their bully sticks. I get the maximum amount I can every month for my dogs, and my family's dogs.

As first time customers we were truly pleased with the soooo many different choices of doggie treats for our babies and they love it! The many different flavors of treats just had them jumping and begging for more!!!!! I just love their 1cent sales! Everyday seams to be bargain day at PetFlow! Keep those emails coming! Petflow has many really good deals on nice merchandise. I have found the site to be too busy on occasion though, making it futile to try and put an order in. The shipment I just received was delivered quickly and in good shape, but one item I ordered was out of stock. The items I received were very nice quality.
