I don't have a lot of experience -- this is only my first order -- but i like the efficient delivery of product. Let's see how it goes in the future.

The convenience of having what I order delivered is a nice thing, but Petco's prices are lower than your's. But I have health issue's so I will pay to get it delivered.

Happy with everything I've ordered. Good deals. Wish they had more selection and items for other pets such as parrots.

Although shipping was free, you do need to plan awahead to expect your shipment nearly two weeks after ordering.

Great treat deals! I was furstrated with one order. It was out of stock but the only way I found out was me emailing questioning when I would get it. I received responses immediately, saying they would look into it. The why I found out I wasn't receiving my order was I looked to see if it was being shipped. The order was removed.

I usually shop at PetSmart, but the prices at PetFlow are just as low, and they seldom impose "shipping surcharges" on bagged food or other large items. Also, they offer drastically discounted deals daily (excuse the alliteration), which are usually on treats and chew toys (non-essential) items, but hard to pass up.

My order arrived quickly and the prices I paid were very competitive however the box my stuff arrived in was broken up. One of the larger beef bones had broken and the 30 pound food bag was open on one of the corners. It was opened enough that food could have spilled out. Overall the prices were good and everything was still fresh but the shipping and packing process left a little to be desired, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
