PetFlow has great stuff for my pet, but unless it is on sale big time, the prices are outrageous. The canned food my cats eat costs $.96 per can on their site and $.65 per can at Petsmart. They deliver on time and everything is as promised. When items are discounted, they are often a great deal, but then you get saddled with shipping costs unless you buy a certain amount. PF has some great promos and I've taken advantage of those. I will shop there again but not for the overpriced food.

The product selection and prices are very good at this site. The order was received in a timely manner, especially given that I was ordering heavy. large bags of dog food. So I recommend this site. Also, the discount for automatic reorder is great and the concept of the reorder is great as it takes one thing off your plate. However, due to the reordering portion of the checkout system, I had a hard time getting the order processed and had to contact customer service to complete the order. The process of including or removing items from automatic reorder is difficult if not impossible. This is now a point and click world and the order entry process should be simplified. As you choose each item, right then and only if you want it, you should be able to set the reorder and its frequency. The system now is making the choice of reordering product for you and then at checkout you setup a fequency. I did not see a quick way to stop system reorder selection for those I did not want reordered and to reorder other items the system did not have on auto-reorder. Given all this and the fact that I want to spend a short time at purchase, I gave up and told the CSR contact to give me a one time order. I cant be the only one frustrated with the process. Like I said the concept is great and the products and prices are very good. The checkout reorder process however really must be simplified to avoid loss of customers at checkout. I would think many would abandon the order and buy elsewhere.

One disappointment was the photo for Cet brand mini dog toothbrushes apparently contained a clear brush which was basically invisible on the photo . I ordered two based on description and turns out was not what I wanted. However the price on the CET enzymatic jerky chews is excellent and our Yorkies love them.

It sure is nice when you don't have time to go to the petstore regularly, that you can order treats, new toys or various things for your dogs. My doxies know when the box comes, there is a special treat inside the box for them. They are pretty excited and it brings us joy to do this for them!

The PetFlow people save me from hauling litter and food for my three cats farther than from my front door to the final destination. That's a real plus. The second plus is that their everyday delivery option is superquick. The downside of the service is the complicatedness of opting out of the scheduled delivery option. I wish it were truly "opt in".

Delivery was fast and the products where great. My dogs love getting their treats.

They have the high quality foods that you can't find in stores in my area. However the food is more expensive than it is in the stores. So its a toss up between a trip to a store that isnt very close or just getting it delivered. Our brand is always over the minimum and qualifies for free shipping, but I think the autoship customers should get a bigger discount. The special offer emails are great, but tend to be products that aren't very safe - rawhides or bully sticks, both of which are choking hazards, so i usually just take a quick glance to see if the offer is anything that we actually use.
