Good service, products and delivery.. I would like to know if your company outsources or buys any pet food products from China? I prefer USA made and jobs for Americans.

I am very happy with my first order from PetFlow. Price was cheaper than other places I have shopped and delivery was quick.

I love to order from them when I get email coupons abd special deals. The prices are higher than I am willing to pay without coupons, which is why I am an occasional user of the site. They do send out coupons semi often so that's a plus. Fast shipping too.

I really love the concept of PetFlow.com. I don't always have time to go shopping and this is perfect. My pet's favorite food delivered right to my front door. And, pricing is actually better than most retail stores. HOWEVER, I think they need to look at other options for a delivery carrier. My first order arrived on my front porch in a box that was busted open. The end of the box was completely torn off and the top flap was open as well. Not only could I see the product inside as soon as I opened the door, I almost dropped it trying to get it in the house because of the condition of the packaging. Fortunately, this particular product is packaged in a very sturdy bag and not like the paper products some pet food companies use, or I'm sure I would have had a real mess. I called customer service to tell them about my experience as well as emailed them a picture of the packaging as it arrived. They did apologize sincerely and assured me they would contact my local rep of FedEx about my experience. I have never heard any follow up from either PetFlow or Fed Ex. I will give it one more try as I understand this incident is not the fault of PetFlow. However, if I receive my packaging in the same condition…unfortunately, that will most likely be my last order.

The first experience I had with Flow is that I opened a can of Evangers wild salmon in the 6 ounce size and if that food was very fresh (in comparison to other on line pet stores) it wasn't chopped up and aged. Suggestions I've given about holistic vitamin & mineral supplements and salmon oil were recognized by the company and some of the brands I suggested were made available online. One way I believe Pet flow can improve is by training the male agents to be more courteous My experience with female customer service agents working for pet flow is that they are courteous and businesslike yet my experience with their male counterparts, in about 6 calls, is that they're rather inpatient and their attitudes could be improved.

I ordered bully sticks for the 2nd time from petflow. I was very pleased with the first order and my dogs love the bully sticks. The 2nd order I was not so pleased with. The difference in the size of the bully sticks was huge. some are closed to pencil sized i diameter while some are the large ones like I received for my first order. The dogs still love them but while it takes days to eat the large ones they go through the small ones in under an hour. I probably will order again but at least I wont be so shocked at what I receive.
