Efficient delivery - delivered quickly - no problems

So far, our dogs have loved all of the treats they have tried. Quality treats out here are quite expensive, so it's nice to be able to try good products and then be able to have them on hand on a regular basis. The favorite product for this human has been the compressed air spray. It has been a godsend!

FLASHING LIGHT TAGS GREAT....LIGHTED COLLAR GREAT BUT SMALL IS ALMOST BIGGER THAN MY DOG..NEED SMALLER SIZE IN LENGTH AND WIDTH.. ORGANIC CHICKEN STRIPS WONDERFUL. TOOK 4 DAYS TO FILL AND SHIP THE ORDER AND 8 DAYS TO ARRIVE THUS THE COMMENT ABOVE... AT LEAST I KNOW TO ALLOW ALMOST 2 WEEKS FOR ORDER TO ARRIVE SO WILL NOT RUN OUT OF TREATS. REORDERING IS QUESTIONABLE.

PetFlow has been so convienent because none of the local pet stores or my vet kept a supply of special foods like Royal Caine PV for my cat. All I had to do was provide my vets name and phone number. This has been a lifesaver for me and I don't even have to worry about lifting a heavy package. I would have given a 5 star but one item out of 4 was not mailed. All I had to do was a simple phone call and it is on the way.

Petflow offers a variety of products at the best prices I could find and free shipping on orders over a certain amount, plus scheduling orders automatically. Petflow ships promptly and orders arrive well packed and appropriately protected. The only drawback is all the emails they send on a daily basis, sometimes 3 or more. Some days 5 or more e-sales flyers. Gets old quickly, imo.

I found some great deals on Petflow. Just wish they would offer free shipping more often.

This is the third time that I have ordered from your company. The first time the product arrived in two days from Henderson, NV. Fantastic!! The second time it came out of Salt Lake City in four days. Good. This time it came from New Jersey and took a Week to arrive. Not so good. Will it always be coming from the East Coast in the future or can I depend on it coming from the West Coast? This helps to know for re-ordering purposes. Otherwise I am very happy with your service.

This site is pretty awesome. They have lots of wonderful goodies for our canine and feline children. Overall, I was pleased with the prices. My only turn off is that they really push the monthly delivery thing. Especially once you place the order, they ask you several times if you are sure you don't want to make it a habitual order. But shipping was very quick and I am very happy with the products.
