Fast delivery, good prices and excellent products!!

I thought your prices were supposed to be at least better priced somewhat than my vet's or petsmart etc.

When I see the PetFlow message on my computer, I automatically think of the new products that are available through your website. Whenever I phone your company, I have received courteous and efficient service. I have had some problems with the quality of one of the products. Other than that I have been very satisfied.

love them so far, maybe a little too much email!

Everything I received was high quality and loved by my dogs. The only thing I worry about was the 2 dog bones I received, I guess you could check my order. I think it said Lamb bones. They were quite brittle and broke apart like chicken bones so I took them away from them as I didn't want them to cause throat damage by chewing on them.

Overall I'm very happy with PetFlow and my recent purchase through the company. Great products, and I was even surprised how low the total bill was for how much food and treats I purchased. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars is the slower than expected delivery. Still overall very happy.

Overall would order again, but what i didnt like was that a lot of the cans, 25% approximately, where damaged the packaging had no cushioning of any sort.

I ordered a product that they were out of at the time. I received an email as soon as the product was back in stock. I placed my order and had it in several days.
