We ordered Blue Buffalo's Wilderness Grain Free for Large Breeds through PetFlow.com after seeing an advertisement on our bank's website. There were several online pet stores but we chose PetFlow because their price was one cent lower than PetsMart, they don't charge tax (we're in NC) and PetsMart does because they have stores here, and we got a 10% rebate to boot. The package did arrive a bit tattered but that was UPS' doing, not PetFlow. LOL. The bags were undamaged, only the outer cardboard box was torn up. Over all we are happy, though we have not yet called or spoken to a live person. The one thing we don't like thus far is that we get AT LEAST one email every single day and sometimes more. That is annoying since we don't need dog food but once every two months! Thanks.

The box/order arrived within days of ordering. The quality of product was very good. Most of items I was familiar with. I am pleased. Free shipping is the only way to order in future.

Pet Flow is a very dependable company to work with. I trust their attention to products good for our beloved pets. The mini Blue Bones were too small for my dog. I would order the next size as she loved the taste and gobbled them down.

I thought these were the same as the last ones I got but they are different. The last bully sticks were soft and chewy, but these are hard and brittle. My dog still likes them but they don't last as long as the last ones did. She eats these up too fast.

Petflow has most of the premium brands of pet food and other pet care products at an extremely reasonable price. I got Hot Rod's food for less than I could have gotten locally.

I have had several issues with various orders most of which weren't the fault of Petflow. They always resolve the issue and go above and beyond my expectation. They are a fantastic company to do business with. I wish they had a frequent buyers club and a birthday program for the furkids. If they could sell items for a $1.00 or a penny, even a token gift would go a long way. The ability to stack coupons would be terrific too!

They need to improve the service provider for the prescription foods. My order was over 2 weeks, business days, late and it cost me extra to buy a small bag at my vet. I am happy with the price but if the auto ship program doesn't deliver on time then I will not be using Pet Flow for my cats food.

when I received my shipment from Petflow and opened it, Romeo went crazy because there was a cigar catnip toy inside the box...he went crazy on the toy and the rolled around in the box for a long time...he really liked it!!!
