The 2 cases of canned food were packaged poorly and 5 cans were heavily dented

I was glad to find a source of Eukanub dry cat food after our local pet store stripped carrying it. Petflow's price was fair and my order was promptly shipped.

Website is easy to navigate, prices are very competitive, and the shipment arrives fast! It's always fun to receive presents for the kids!!!

I love the variety of product, the free shipping over $50, the regular discounts.. I will stick with Petflow and I always recommend to friends.. The only thing that I think could be improved upon is the website speed.. It bogs down whatever machine I'm working on. I regularly use Amazon, Zappos and other retail online stores and I do not experience the same lag and general slowness. I would be more likely to browse for additional products if the site was quicker.

Petflow's prices are comparable, and with a sale or coupon they are the same as other retailers. Shipping was free which I love and items arrived quickly. Website was easy to use. I don't use Facebook so I wish they didn't rely so much on it. Perflow's food cans arrived unscathed. Not sure if it was just a bad delivery person with a previous Petco order but every single can was dented.

The bully sticks are smelly, but my dogs love them. I am concerned about the amount of protein in them since our older dog isn't supposed to have a lot. Ordering was easy and service was great!

The deal on our premium dog food was excellent! Cheaper than my local boutique store. Only issue is one of the bags broke open during delivery, but everything was still contained within the box.

Over all the 11 cases I ordered were fine. But one box was packed poorly. 2 cans of food were crushed, as thou someone ran over them. They were packed in the case inside the shipping box, and the shipping box was fine. So it happened before the cans came to me, and someone sent them that way anyways. "Shaking head", in dis- belief!
