I would buy from Petflow.com again, but only if I was not in a hurry to get my purchase as I am used to the 2 day shipping for $4.95 that other online pet company's offer.

I have used Petflow for over a year now and normally have had satisfaction on the quick delivery. The past few times however have taken 7-10 days, and I know it is because of weather delays that can't be helped.

I would reccomend Petflow to my friends because their bound to find a good quality item for their pets. What I dont like is not being told when I order that an item is on back order. I want to know if an items not available so I can order something else that is available.

There were many inexpensive items. It was made pretty clear which food was made in the USA and that I really liked. I wish there was more free shipping offers. Also, I was not given an accurate delivery date and it took longer than most places for delivery; almost a week. Other than that I was fairly happy with my order.

Pet Flow's price's are great, you can find great deals in the clearance section along with free shipping. I received a toy that was broken and Pet Flowed replaced it with a new one and paid for shipping. There was no charge! I would like to try Pet Flow's monthly home shipment for my pet. I am very pleased with how well this company sends out its orders. I feed a grain free food but because my dog gets bored with the same ol same ol, I have to change types regularly and cannot take advantage of the auto service. The only concern I have is that often I have to pay several dollars more for the food than if I got it from the local Petsmart or Tractor Supply.

This is an awesome place to do your pet shopping. They are fast and on time with there orders. love them
