Always very happy with customer service. Had a shipping issue once with some damaged/missing items, definitely think it was the fault of FedEx. Pet flow made it right, even knowing it was FedEx that messed up. More recently had an issue with having a prescription verified resulting in a missed shipment date by a week. Customer Service again made it right, got on the tail of VetSource and gave a discount on the order. So this would have been a five star rating but for the issue with the prescription verification. I'm sure that if asked to review again in the future my rating would go up. Overall, I love the service and convenience and look forward to a long customer relationship.

Bull sticks are smaller than they appeared in photo, but the girls love them none the less.

I love ordering from petflow. It is easy and there is so much to choose from and I like the Auto ship. The only thing I have been having problems with is that the baked sweet potato buddy snacks come in all broken. They never used to. My dog loves them but it is so hard to give him just crumbs. He is a 50# pound dog. I did contact customer service and they replied in a timely manner. They are looking into it and said they will send another package of treats.

Smooth transaction but like most online pet food sellers, it's all about whether you can find online coupons to make it cost effective to buy online.
