Dog mats are great, but couldn't order the size/color we wanted because they ran out in a few hours...Great product though, and shipped very quickly!

I've generally been pleased with the products, prices and service from PetFlow. What keeps me from awarding the fifth star is the fact that every time I order cat food I am harassed to make it an automatic delivery. Getting past this takes several steps and makes for a bad customer experience. If I want automatic delivery I know how to set it up. The site, and the experience, would be improved by giving me the option not to be asked about it again.

Navigating through the overwhelming amount of product and through the checkout process can be somewhat stressful. However, the great products available at reasonable prices and the great service makes up for it.

The only problem I had was that some products were near their expiration dates for freshness, but your representative kindly credited me for those.

It took a little longer to get my order than I anticipated, but nothing unreasonable. Customer service was very helpful and attentive.

The cans really worked. I have only had to use it a couple of times and my dogs hardly ever bark.
