On my first order I ordered 2 X 24lb bags of Natures Recipe grain free dog food. I really wanted to order another two bags but didn't see where I could do that on line. So I called PetFlow to have them increase my order to four bags. They did increase the order but in the process of shipping they only sent me three bags.When I saw I only got three bags (that came in before scheduled date) I called PetFlow and they immediately shipped me the other bag. Haven't gotten it yet but it is supposed to come in Wednesday. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. Thanks. Gerald Giroir

Would have liked more for the expense as on a very small budget.

I like all aspects of ordering my dog food from pet flow....the price, delivery, all of it. My only problem and question is: why do you have to get verification of my dog's prescription from her vetenarian each and every month? You have a record of it all...you do not have to inconvenience the vet's office each month.

We have been very happy with our purchases at Petflow, whether one time deliveries or subscribe and save deliveries. The food has always arrived ahead of schedule and in good shape.

This company - PetFlow.com - had a large selection of products, some really great deals (some items were on sale for $.01), reasonable shipping rates, quick shipping time, and the items were nicely packaged. I also really liked that some of the products had tags saying that a portion of the proceeds went to a good cause (a charity of some sort). My only reservation is that most of the products, at least the ones I bought, were made in China. China is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth right now after all of the recent reports of the animal cruelty practices taking place there (google search Angora Rabbits in China for example). So I'd like for companies to cut down on their support of Chinese products in general. Other than that, I like this company so far, and my dogs loved the toys.
