Collar lights-1 worked, one didn't. Dog food is a new brand to try.

The pricing was really good on the 120lbs of food we bought. Had a problem with the order and customer service was great to work with. The bad part was they shipped some flashing dog tags in the same box with 2-30lb dog food bags. Two of three of the flashing dog bone collar lights were broken and they actually sliced the one bag of food open.. Would have been nice if they padded these or shipped them separate. We lost two lights and a few handfuls of food over it. Rest of the process was super.

Quick delivery, great prices and have yet to find something my dogs don't like!

Have tried numerous times to order "Nutro Natural Choice Indoor Senior Dry Cat Food" 14 lb, but receive message " this product is currently out of stock." Could you add a feature to notify customers when it is available so I won't have to keep trying to order it every day? Thanks, Al

I found this site looking for a better dog food for my two pups. They have all the major brands and at a pretty reasonable price. I wish there was an option for free shipping to members instead of having to spend over $X amount or to have auto shipped. But I have purchased from them twice and items arrived very quickly. Will use them again.

I enjoyed looking at the site, but the pictures made everything look way bigger than it was. I bought my dog a big ball, but he demolished it in 5 minutes. Another toy I got him he chewed through in 2 minutes. Although I am considering getting the dog mat that catches the wetness and stuff. I will continue to shop her for things, just probably not toys.

The pet flow website is easy to use and the delivery was super fast!
